- Do we have to buy your printers?
- No. Supported Star and Epson printers already in your venues connect for $7/mo each.
- Pay once or pay monthly?
- Paying once costs $200 more up front and has no monthly fee, so it costs less after 20 months. Paying monthly keeps rollout cost down.
- Can one fleet mix plans?
- Yes. Our printers and yours run on the same integration, so each venue can use whichever fits.
- Is there a minimum number of venues?
- No. There are no per-venue minimums and no device-count commitment.
- Which printers work with BYOD?
- 10 Star and Epson models, listed above. If yours isn't there, talk to us.
- Do you help with templates and integration?
- Yes. A one-time engagement covers your API integration and template design, including per-brand theming and any regulated copy.
